By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. “We” and “us” mean CSB Advisors, LLC (“CSB Advisors”).

What this site is, and is not

This site describes our business advisory and financing support practice and lets you tell us about your situation. Website content is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or lender credit advice.

• Using this site does not create an advisory engagement. Submitting a form or exchanging initial messages does not by itself create an engagement. Any paid consulting or packaging service is governed by the applicable written agreement or disclosure.
• We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. We do not make loans, issue credit, approve or decline applications, determine final lender eligibility, or commit a lender to financing.
• We do not negotiate lender terms on your behalf. The participating lender determines its structure, rate, pricing, fees, collateral, covenants, guarantor requirements, and other credit terms.
• For certain SBA financing, we may act as an SBA Agent, Packager, or Referral Agent where applicable. That role may include helping gather, organize, prepare, or transmit application materials in accordance with applicable SBA and lender requirements. Acting in that limited role does not make CSB Advisors the lender.
• We are not a law firm or an accounting firm, and where a matter calls for a licensed professional, you should consult the appropriate professional.
• We are not affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Administration or any government agency. “CSB” stands for Commercial Small Business Advisors.

Financing referrals and SBA packaging

For many financing requests, our role is education and referral to an independent third-party lender. For certain SBA transactions, CSB Advisors may additionally provide administrative packaging or Agent services where applicable. The exact scope depends on the transaction, participating lender, applicable SBA requirements, and any written agreement governing the service.

• The lender owns the credit decision. The lender determines eligibility, performs credit analysis and underwriting, sets structure and pricing, approves or declines, prepares loan documents, closes, and funds.
• CSB may assist with application materials for certain SBA transactions.Where we are providing SBA packaging support, we may receive borrower information and documents, organize or prepare an administrative package, communicate about document status, and transmit materials to the participating lender as permitted by the applicable requirements and authorization.
• Packaging support is not a promise of approval. CSB does not determine final SBA eligibility, override lender underwriting, or guarantee that SBA or a lender will approve, close, or fund a transaction.
• We may be compensated. CSB Advisors may receive compensation from participating lending partners for referrals and, where applicable, SBA packaging or Agent services. Compensation is subject to the applicable lender agreement and SBA requirements. Agent compensation and fees are disclosed as required, including on SBA Form 159 when applicable.
• You are never required to use a lender we introduce. A referral is not a guarantee or prediction of what that lender will offer, if anything.
• The lender's terms govern its relationship with you. The lender has its own application, privacy policy, disclosures, and loan documents, which we do not control.
• Financing secured by real property may involve additional licensing requirements. Under the current CSB model, those transactions remain referral only unless applicable authority and counsel review support a broader role.

No guaranteed results

Business and financing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of a result, timeline, approval, amount, rate, or financial outcome. Descriptions of our services explain a process, not a promised result.

Information and documents you submit

Please provide information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Do not submit another person's confidential information without authorization. The public website inquiry form is not designed for sensitive underwriting materials, so do not put Social Security numbers, tax identifiers, account numbers, tax returns, bank statements, or similar documents into that form.

If CSB Advisors is providing SBA packaging support and documents are needed, we will give you separate instructions for sharing them. We may use and transmit those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed service, including sharing them with the participating lender and other authorized parties involved in processing the transaction. Our Privacy Policy provides more information about data handling.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully, or to submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its administrative area, or the systems behind it.
• Interfere with the site's operation, or scrape or overload it automatically.
• Reuse our content, branding, or design commercially without our written permission.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, and logos on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read, print, and share pages for your own business purposes, with attribution and without alteration.

Third-party links

Where we link to another organization's site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek injunctive relief where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and additional notice may be provided where required or appropriate.
