Important notice

The claim filing deadline has passed.

The Court-approved deadline to file claims was February 4, 2025. CSB Advisors is not accepting new class members for claims filing.

No-cost assistance regarding the settlement is available from the Class Administrator and Class Counsel. Additional information is available at the Court-approved settlement website.

Current settlement update

The official settlement website states that the Court approved a second initial distribution on June 15, 2026, and that the distribution is anticipated in September 2026 for the claims included in that approved population. Claimants should rely on the official settlement website and Merchant Portal for their individual status and any response deadlines.
