Apply
Tell us about your practice. We review every application and follow up to talk through how the network works.

Sign a partner agreement
Compensation, conduct, and confidentiality in writing before anything begins. You will know the terms before you send a file.

Send a file
Register the referral through your own link so attribution is never in question.

We introduce, the lender decides
We introduce the borrower to a participating lender. That lender handles the application, the documents, underwriting, terms, and the decision.
What we are, plainly

- We do not approve, underwrite, price, or negotiate loans
- Lenders decide who they finance and on what terms, and many referrals will not fund
- We are compensated by lending partners, under our agreement with each one

- We make no promise about approval, timing, volume, or outcome

CSB Advisors may receive compensation from participating lending partners for referrals and, where applicable, SBA packaging or Agent services. Compensation is subject to the applicable lender agreement and SBA requirements. Agent compensation and fees are disclosed as required, including on SBA Form 159 when applicable. You are not required to use a lender introduced by CSB Advisors.
